EVERYONE experiences times in their life when they need some help to get through challenges or just a normal day.  You are not alone, whatever it is you’re feeling.  At St Monica Trust we care about our colleagues and volunteers as much as we care about our residents and customers.  We hope that you find some helpful information within these pages, but if you do need some support or help, your line manager, local HR Business Partner or Engagement Manager can help reach the help you need, in confidence.  It’s ok to talk.
